• Schedules production to ensure project completion on schedule
• Works with production team, art department, customer service and sales to effectively communicate production lead times to management in the daily production meeting
• Monitors all production tickets for complete, clear, and accurate instructions
• Purchases needed materials from approved suppliers
• Manage inventory
• Enforces company policies and procedures
• Maintains strict housekeeping and safety standards
• Works with senior management to manage costs to achieve budget goals
• Ensures all quality expectations are met or exceeded on all projects
• Work with other stake holders to limit production errors using root cause analysis as part of the continuous improvement process
• Carries out the vision and plans of senior leadership on a daily basis
• Other duties as assigned

• Experience in super wide format digital imaging
• 4+ years management experience
• Ability to work flexible hours including overtime
