We are currently seeking experienced and professional full-time candidates to join our team.

We are seeking an experienced Xerox iGen digital print operator. The operator will be responsible for the day to day print production and maintenance of the printers. The position requires a person who is very organized and great in prioritizing, organizing and planning in order to see each job through completion and be able to meet given deadlines. This is for second shift, 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm.

• Read and understand job tickets. Use job ticket information to ensure production is produced according to specification
• Perform quality checks according to established procedures to ensure high quality of production
• Monitor printer efficiencies & speed to ensure production levels meet or exceed standards & make appropriate adjustments
• Assist in workflow and process improvement planning
• Must have the ability to maintain organization with multiple projects, prioritize workflow, adhere to timelines, and meet deadlines
• Observe machines in operation and make adjustments as needed
• Identify workable production solutions when troubleshooting
• Ensure deadlines are maintained and company objectives are met
• Maintain printer and inventory supplies as needed
• Must be prompt, courteous, professional and take pride in work
• Work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Responsible for the overall safety and cleanliness of equipment and area
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Ability to set up and operate a Xerox iGen printer
• Working knowledge of Fiery Rip Software
• A strong attention to detail and focus on quality
• Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
• General printing and bindery knowledge
• Able to multi task well, remain organized, and handle many projects at one time
• Hardworking, assertive, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with other employees of the organization
• Ability to react quickly and make continuous adjustments to provide top quality products
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed
• Experience with an offset press and bindery equipment is a plus

• Minimum of two years of iGen Xerox digital printing industry experience
• Minimum of three years of Xerox or HP digital printing industry experience
• High School Diploma
