• Read and understand job tickets and apply the information to ensure material is produced according to specifications
• Perform quality checks according to established procedures to ensure high quality of production
• Monitor machine efficiency and speed to ensure production levels meet or exceed standards and to make appropriate adjustments accordingly.
• Work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures and accountable for the overall safety and cleanliness of equipment and area
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Ability to set up and operate a digital cutting table such as the Zund, Kongsberg or Gerber
• Working knowledge of digital, offset, and large format printing processes
• A strong attention to detail and focus on quality
• Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
• Able to multitask well, remain organized, and handle many projects at one time
• Hard-working, assertive, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Mechanically inclined and production oriented
• Ability to communicate effectively with other employees in the organization
• Ability to react quickly and make continuous adjustments to provide top quality products
• Must be able to read a tape measure and basic computer skills
• Able to stand for long periods of time and must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 40 pounds
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed

• Minimum of 1-2 years of digital cutting or printing industry experience
• High School Diploma
